Everyone here is so incredibly kind and welcoming. It almost doesn't even feel like a dentist's office. My hygenist, Faith, was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. It was honestly the best cleaning of my life. Dr. Wilburn was great too, she explained her recommendations for my care really well and answered all of my questions. This was seriously the best dentist experience I have ever had in my life!
I had a tooth to break on a Saturday. I called Columbia Family Dentistry on Monday morning and they were willing to see me immediately. Dr. Wilburn and every member of her staff were super. In that initial urgent visit, it was discovered I needed a crown and they proceeded to give me a temporary crown during that visit. Dr. Wilburn was very professional and caring. Additionally, she communicated with her staff in that same professional and caring manner.
I forget the young lady's name that was in the office but I just want to give her a special shout out because she really went above and beyond to help me in my situation in my time of need you don't have many people like that in a industry in the world that we live in to go above and beyond I just want to make sure that she gets her flowers thank you so much Miss Lady I really appreciate you once again enjoy the rest of your day
